As of April 2023, ALL Sylmar Neighborhood Council Meetings will be back in "In-Person" .

We look forward to seeing you, greeting you, and meeting with you! We understand that not everyone can physically get to a meeting location for various reasons and along with the Neighborhood Council's goal of listening to and assisting every Sylmar Stakeholder, we WILL continue to have all meetings available on Zoom and by Telephone.

If You Live, Work, Own Real Property or Participate in a Community Organization in Sylmar then you are a Sylmar Stakeholder.
