Sylmar Neighborhood Council Hosts Community Holiday Party

Approximately 200 community members of all ages from across Sylmar attended a special holiday celebration the evening of Dec. 12, hosted by members of their very own Sylmar Neighborhood Council.

California State Sen. Caroline Menjivar was among the guests, along with Santa and Mrs. Claus. Local students performed dances for the audience, the festive gathering also featured holiday music, a free raffle with a variety of giveaways, cookies and other sweets, and a pizza dinner.
