If you see a downed power line, you should immediately call 911 to report an electrical emergency. 
You should also: 
• Move away from the line and anything touching it 
• Never touch a downed power line or go near one 
• Do not touch anyone or anything in contact with a downed power line 
• Do not try to move a downed power line or anything in contact with it 
• If your car is in contact with a downed line, stay in your car and call 911
• Stay away from metal fences
