Sylmar Opposes Waste coming to Sylmar Landfills

On January 23rd, 2025, the Sylmar Neighborhood officially took action and unanimously voted against any waste from the LA Fires being sent to the Sylmar area landfills.

Sylmar has a long history of being affected by natural and man-made disasters. While our hearts go out to all those affected by these two disasters, we strongly oppose any actions that risk further hardship to this community.
