Hospital staff at Olive View-UCLA Medical Center sought the public’s help Friday in identifying a female patient in her 60s who has been hospitalized for the past three weeks in Sylmar.
The woman was admitted April 13 after she was found in Santa Monica, but details about her condition and the extent of her injuries were not disclosed.
The patient was described as a 5-foot-2-inch-tall woman weighing 112 pounds with brown hair that is currently shaved and blue eyes. Staff said the patient also has a dream catcher tattoo on her left shoulder with the words “‘Seaurchin Hawk,” along with a red rose tattoo about 2 inches in diameter above her left breast.
Anyone with information about the woman was urged to contact the Department of Emergency Medicine Social Worker at 747-210-4777 between 4:30 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Monday. Calls during Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. should be directed to LCSW Andrea D. Rios at 747-210-3933 or 714-210-4236.
