Kurt Cabrera-Miller, president of the Sylmar Neighborhood Council, was recognized by State Senator Caroline Menjivar’s office last month for his community leadership and service to Sylmar.

With Kurt's support for including San Fernando Valley Pride 2026, Kurt has demonstrated compassion, leadership, and the true spirit of service.
