It was the Sylmar Neighborhood Council's pleasure to have Sylmar's Girl Scout Troop 3834 attend the General Board Meeting of the Sylmar Council.

The Girl Scout mission is to build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place. They achieve this by providing girls with opportunities to discover their strengths, take on new challenges, and find their voices.
